Cancellation of order

You want to return your item?

If you are not satisfied with your ordered item or if it does not fit properly, you may return this item without any problem within 14 days (determined as of delivery date). However, presently we bear the costs for the return shipment within Germany only. In case of a return shipment please send an e-mail to the following address:

In the event of a return within Germany, we ask you to fill out and send our online service with the necessary data. Your return label will then be created automatically and can be printed or shown as a QR code on your mobile phone when you return the return package in a package shop, again only within Germany.

Presently we do not pay for the return shipment costs in all other countries except Germany. The respective costs of your local shipment provider will be charged. We kindly ask you to return your parcel with the option of shipment tracking. In case you do not have a return form at your disposal, you are able to obtain a return form by sending an e-mail to Please send the parcel to following address:

Please note that we only accept unworn, unwashed and clean items. In case the returned items are damaged, dirty or washed, we are not bound to accept the item and to return the purchase price.

Please note the following steps for your return shipment:

1.) Pack the merchandise thoroughly and fill out the return form.
2.) Place all items to be returned into the parcel. Please note that only unworn and unwashed items with their label tags may be returned.
3.) Place the return sticker on the outside of the parcel.

Please keep your return receipt until we confirm receiving the return and then the transaction is completed.

We do not offer an exchange service. You may return your order and you will be refunded automatically. Then you have to place a new order.

Customer complaint
You received the wrong item or it is deficient. Our fashion label Elias Rumelis is built on high-quality products and elaborateness. If you receive the wrong item or if it is deficient, we wish to apologize. Please contact our customer service directly by printed contact form or by e-mail ( with the following details:

- order number
- item number
- short description of fault

We will help as fast as possible.

Refund via Paypal
In case you return your merchandise, a credit will be submitted onto your Paypal account. You can determine whether the amount is deposited onto your Paypal account or whether it is credited to your bank account.

Refund via credit card
Your data will be submitted encrypted to the payment provider who, in turn, will initiate the encrypted payment. A refund will only be submitted to the credit card used for payment. As soon as the bank authorizes your payment, you will receive an e-mail as order confirmation. Your account will not be charged before the merchandise leaves our warehouse to be sent to the stated destination. If we cannot ship the ordered merchandise for whatever reason, your account will not be charged.
